USDA Compliant
As a USDA certified site, we are inspected daily and hold ourselves to higher standards than our licensing requires. All of our meals are CACFP compliant, including breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner.
Dietitian Approved Meals
We fully understand the need to meet dietary guidelines without taking the fun out of the meals we serve. Our full-time, licensed & registered dietitian and executive chef creates and reviews all of our meal offerings to make sure each guest is receiving a balanced, nutritious, and homemade while also guaranteeing the meal meets state regulations for reimbursement.
